Mediation

Mediation involves a meeting between two or more parties and a professional, neutral mediator. This approach can be a relatively informal and inexpensive way for the parties to resolve their dispute without involving the courts.

The registered civil mediators at PLG have the experience and perspective to settle even the most difficult, high-conflict cases, including insurance coverage and claims, contract disputes, medical malpractice claims, and employment issues. We will facilitate negotiations and help the involved parties arrive at a resolution.
