Ryan Coleman

Ryan Coleman serves as Director of People & Culture at Paganelli Law Group, where he leads the firm's people strategy and human resources initiatives. Working closely with firm leadership, he is responsible for developing the programs, systems, and processes that support employee growth, organizational effectiveness, and the firm's continued success.

Ryan brings a people-first approach to leadership, believing that strong organizations are built by investing in their people. His work focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, culture, engagement, and creating scalable systems that support both employees and business objectives.

At Paganelli Law Group, Ryan is helping build and strengthen the firm's People function to ensure employees have the resources, support, and opportunities needed to succeed. He is passionate about creating an environment where individuals can do meaningful work, continue developing professionally, and contribute to a shared vision of excellence.

Prior to joining Paganelli Law Group, Ryan built his career through progressive leadership roles in human resources and people operations, partnering with leaders to improve employee experiences, strengthen organizational performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and pursuing opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth.
