Nick Levi

Nick Levi is a seasoned litigator with more than twenty years of experience advising clients through complex disputes in Indiana state and federal courts, on appeal, and in arbitration. Throughout his career, he has handled a broad spectrum of civil tort, statutory, and contract litigation, with particular emphasis on professional liability, construction defect, and creditors' rights.

Nick routinely represents and defends attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, and other licensed professionals in claims for professional negligence and malpractice, as well as before their professional licensing authorities. He also has extensive experience defending third-party debt collection agencies, debt buyers, and financial services firms in statutory claims brought under the FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA — in both individual claims and class actions.

Before joining PLG, Nick was a partner at an Indianapolis-based regional law firm. He is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and has been honored four times as an Indiana Super Lawyer. Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Nick and his family now call Indianapolis home.
