Monica McCoskey concentrates her practice in business and real estate litigation.

Before joining PLG, Monica was an associate attorney with a law firm in Northern Indiana, where she practiced securities litigation and represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil matters. Monica also served as a law clerk with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General's Complex Litigation Division and completed a clerkship with the Honorable Mary Ellen Diekhoff.

Monica graduated from the University of Michigan with her bachelor’s degree in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience, with High Distinction. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Societies. Monica obtained her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While at Maurer, Monica was the Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, President of the Health Law Society, a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the Outreach for Legal Literacy pro bono organization, and served as the school’s Lead Admissions Fellow.

Monica serves on the Executive Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Litigation Section and as Secretary/Chair Elect of the Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Sagamore American Inn of Court. Monica is a passionate advocate and volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and in her spare time, enjoys running and visiting her family in Michigan.
