Monica McCoskey

Monica McCoskey focuses her practice on business and real estate litigation, representing clients in complex civil disputes with a strategic and results-driven approach.

Monica has litigated securities fraud matters and represented both plaintiffs and defendants across a diverse array of civil cases.

During her clerkship with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General’s Complex Litigation Division, she gained substantive experience in multidistrict litigation and played a key role in high-profile opioid crisis cases. She also completed a clerkship with the Honorable Mary Ellen Diekhoff.

Monica earned her bachelor’s degree in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience from the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. She received her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, President of the Health Law Society, an Executive Advisory Committee member for the Outreach for Legal Literacy pro bono initiative, and the school’s Lead Admissions Fellow.

She is actively engaged in the legal community, serving on the Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Litigation Section and as Immediate Past-Chair of its Young Lawyers Division. Monica is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Sagamore American Inn of Court.

Beyond her professional commitments, Monica is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and serves as a volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She enjoys spending time with her family in Michigan and teaching barre3 fitness classes.
