Michael Alerding

Michael Alerding is an experienced attorney focusing on business transactions as well as complex litigation and bankruptcy. He handles a wide array of business law matters and serves as legal counsel and partner to privately and publicly held businesses, entrepreneurs, and many other individuals.

Prior to joining Paganelli Law Group, Michael was a partner at two other law firms in Indianapolis and founded his own business which he led and co-operated for 15 years. He is well known for his legal expertise and was recognized in 2010 by IBJ's Forty Under 40 and honored by Indiana Super Lawyers® from 2016-2018.

He received his bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University and studied law at Indiana University's McKinney School of Law, graduating cum laude.  

Michael is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and federal courts of the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

Michael is a lifelong Hoosier, growing up and living in Indianapolis. Outside of work, he loves baseball, history, and his kids.
