Kaylin Cook focuses on commercial litigation, with experience in real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and general business disputes. Before joining Paganelli Law Group, she clerked for two bankruptcy judges in the Southern District of Georgia, which sparked her interest in equitable solutions and provided a unique perspective from both sides of the courtroom.
Kaylin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2017, and moved to Central Indiana in 2021. She is admitted to practice in Indiana, Alabama, and Florida. She loves PLG’s size and the sense of community it offers, among both her clients and her colleagues.
Kaylin gives back to her community by providing pro bono representation for children in the foster care system. She is also a volunteer for Credit Abuse Resistance Education, an organization dedicated to teaching high school students about credit and financial literacy.
Kaylin enjoys trying new restaurants and learning more about the area she now calls home. Along with spending time with her dachshund puppy, Kaylin is an avid horseback rider.
