Elizabeth Schuerman

Lizzie Schuerman focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance, specifically medical malpractice, premises liability, and general liability defense. She assists clients with litigation needs ranging from pre-suit negotiations to final judgment. Lizzie has been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers® list each year from 2014-2024.

Before PLG, Lizzie was a partner at an Indianapolis law firm where she counseled clients through medical malpractice claims, from the required administrative claim process through judgment. She has litigated in both state and federal courts.

Lizzie is an active member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and was recently elected to the Indianapolis Library Foundation Board of Directors. She also served on the Indiana Legal Services Board of Directors for nearly 10 years.
