Drew Farrington is an experienced litigator focusing in the areas of general civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate litigation, business litigation, and government affairs and litigation. He helps his clients solve problems before any lawsuits are ever filed and will take disputes all the way to trial. Drew will work to find efficient and cost-effective solutions to his clients’ problems.

Before arriving at PLG, Drew began his career litigating on behalf of the state of Indiana and then transitioned to private practice at a small law firm in Indianapolis focused on civil litigation, government litigation, civil rights defense, and medical malpractice defense. He managed hundreds of cases through all stages of litigation, including both federal and state jury trials.

Drew graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in the top 5% of his class. During his studies, he was a member of the Indiana Law Review and held internships with the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana with Magistrate Judge Debra McVicker Lynch, the Office of Corporation Counsel in Indianapolis/Marion County, and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.

When he is not working, Drew enjoys living and exploring Indianapolis and the north side with his wife, son, and giant labradoodle. He is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Sagamore Inn of Court. Drew loves to try different restaurants and learn new recipes to cook at home. Fun fact: he's an avid comic book nerd!
