Carrie Hill is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, business, and law.

Carrie brings a rare blend of strategic expertise, authenticity, and client-centered service that sets her apart and helps her clients succeed. Her career spans firm leadership, in-house counsel roles for Fortune 500 companies and national REITs, and co-founding a boutique commercial real estate practice serving both landlords and tenants.

Carrie’s legal services include commercial real estate transactions, company formations, mergers and acquisitions, and contract review and negotiation. She is known for navigating complex leases and regulatory frameworks with clarity, integrity, and a plainspoken approach that empowers clients to make informed decisions. Her commitment to transparent communication ensures that clients feel confident and supported throughout the legal process.

Carrie graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Today, she’s admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for 2023–2025.

Beyond her practice, Carrie is a mentor and an advocate.
