Angela Parker

Angela Parker is an experienced attorney focusing on business law and consulting, general and commercial litigation, and real estate law and litigation. She advises clients in the areas of landlord and tenant, creditor rights, and nonprofit corporations.

Prior to joining PLG, Angela was a founding partner of CarminParker, PC, whose lawyers and staff joined PLG in 2024. Throughout the years, Angela has received numerous awards and honors, including the Women Excel Bloomington Award in 2012, the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award in 2008, the Women of Distinction Award in 2006, Lloyd Olcott Community Service Award in 2004, and Friend of the Chamber in 1999.

She is affiliated with the Indiana State Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Association, and the District 10 Pro Bono Committee.

Angela serves on the board of the Bloomington Health Foundation, the advisory board of the Salvation Army, and the advocacy council of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Arts & Sciences at Indiana University and studied law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
