Bont: White Collar Update

Although Holmes had her trial and is waiting her sentencing hearing in September, Bont considers how she may have made a good bet by going to trial. Had Holmes pleaded guilty, she would not have been given the chance to share her side of the story and would no longer preserve her right to appeal.
