PLG Attorney Angela Parker presents at Bloomington Economic Development Corporation

Yesterday, PLG attorney Angela Parker and Travis Vencel, one of our clients and a co-developer of the Summit District development, briefed the members of the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation about their work on the project.

When completed, Summit District will be Bloomington’s largest planned unit development in decades. Summit District will be instrumental in meeting Bloomington’s housing needs as its five distinct neighborhoods and commercial areas are built over the next decade.

Summit District’s development ordinance received final approval late last night in a 7-2 vote from Bloomington’s City Council, and it is now heading to Mayor Kerry Thomson’s desk for signature.

We are incredibly proud to play a part in this important day for Bloomington.
