PLG welcomes Family Law Attorney LaToya Highsaw to our team. LaToya is a dedicated attorney who was recognized for her legal expertise as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023, placing her in the top 2.5% of Indiana lawyers under 40.
She is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
LaToya is deeply involved with the Indianapolis Bar Association, serving as a member of its Board of Directors and on several committees. Beyond her professional accomplishments, LaToya demonstrates a deep commitment to her community. She actively contributes pro bono hours to YouYesYou, an organization that assists incarcerated fathers in understanding their parental rights and fostering relationships with their children.
Latoya is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where she served as Executive Business Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and as Treasurer of the Family Law Society.
Outside of work, LaToya values time with her 10-year-old son, spending time with friends, and traveling, often taking road trips during extended weekends.
