Cowgur, well-known in the Central Indiana legal community for her leadership in the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations, has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2013 in three practice areas: appellate practice, commercial litigation, and employment law–individuals. Her successful career has previously earned her recognition in the Top 25 Women and Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyers in the area of Appellate Law.
Gibson, first recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America honoree in 2023, is recognized in 2024 for her expertise in both commercial litigation and litigation-real estate. She currently serves as a president of Sagamore Inn of the Court and as a vice president of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and she is past president of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
Paganelli is celebrating his 11th straight year of recognition by Best Lawyers, continuously earning the distinction in the areas of commercial litigation and mediation. Prior to founding PLG, he was a litigator at one of the largest law firms in the U.S., where he focused his practice on business litigation and developed a nationwide trial and injunction practice.
