PLG attorney and registered mediator Chris McGrath was recently featured in Westfield Magazine for his new business, Sogility. Chris got the idea to start his Sogility, a premiere, technology driven soccer training facility, from his daughter’s experience during high school. To make herself the best soccer player she could be, she had to visit three places – one to work on her speed and agility training, one for position specific work and then a third for her team training.

Sogility launched in Westfield in November 2018 to bring all aspects of training under one roof and to leverage technology for efficient gains with less wear and tear on the body.  To date, the business already has more than 300 soccer player clients.

Westfield Magazine featured Sogility’s training facility in its May 2019 issue including a review of the facility’s TOCA training method. During the interview, Chris also shared his passion for soccer. He started playing at age 12, was goalkeeper in high school and at Marquette University, and now is the head coach of the Guerin Catholic Boys Soccer program.

“Many people speak of the love of the game,” Chris says in the article. “To us, that means delivering soccer options that are fun, delivered by caring, experienced, and growth-oriented people. Sogility builds better soccer players, and in turn builds better people.”

Chris has more than 25 years of experience working in, on, and for small businesses. He’s started and operated an auto racing team, residential and commercial real estate companies, a consulting group, a law firm, and a motorsports marketing company.

In his legal practice, Chris helps entrepreneurs with set-up, employment, contracts, business negotiations, real estate, litigation, and dispute resolution.

He understands the challenges business owners face in starting and growing a business, and is able to help them navigate their business, legal, and operational issues.

If you’re an entrepreneur, you know how hard it can be to slow down and explain your challenges to an advisor. If you want to move fast, work with someone who knows how to keep pace. Chris and the team at PLG have the experience to move as quickly as you do.
