Tony Paganelli

Chris McGrath

  • Worked with business owners for over 25 years, helping them overcome challenges in set-up, employment, contracts, business negotiations, real estate, litigation, and dispute resolution. 

  • Registered mediator since 2008. 

  • Practice has been dedicated to serving the needs of businesses and their owners since 2013.


Tom Perkins

  • Tom has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Indiana.

  • He advises private-sector clients on entity formation and structure, strategic contracting, litigation, real estate transactions, zoning matters and risk mitigation.

  • He helps municipalities and public sector clients with APRA compliance, procurements, and planning.


Raegan Gibson

  • Concentrates her practice in business and real estate litigation.

  • Experienced litigator at the state, federal, trial, and appellate levels.

  • Admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, and United State District Courts in Indiana.


Caroline Richardson

  • Practice has included commercial litigation, business formation, and commercial and residential foreclosure proceedings. 

  • On the board of directors for the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana and recently concluded her term as president of the board of directors for Partners in Housing Development Corp., where she remains a board member.


Mackenzie Skalski

  • Mackenzie focuses her practice on representing people and companies in civil litigation matters including real estate and commercial litigation.

  • She also represents business owners in transactions and entity formations.

  • Mackenzie is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
